Mystery Solved

Sometimes the answer has been staring us in the face all along; I think this got lost to history because somebody was translating some ancient Egyptian text , and they translated the hieroglyph for the word “crane” into the bird meaning of the word, but it was in fact a construction crane that was written in ancient text
